The Board receives funding from three primary resources – local property tax levy, state departments and the federal government.

The local tax levy provides for essential services and supports programs for children, family and adults. Local levy monies are also essential in securing additional state and federal funds.

The Board believes it is critical to be a good steward of public funds and will continue to serve the needs of a rapidly growing population, while managing the levy dollars within the designated budget.
